**Your role and responsibilities**

This is the perfect role for someone who has a strong background in website project management and is looking for an opportunity to own all processes that lead to projects being delivered on time and on budget. You’ll need to be able to:

- Liaise with clients directly
- Gather an understanding of the clients’ needs to narrow scope at the beginning of the project
- Help shape the strategic direction of clients’ digital experience and work with their teams and ours to bring that direction to life
- Oversee a design system that nurtures design quality, consistency, and scalability
- Research and propose solutions to client issues
- Build out portions of the project directly on the website CMS
- Liaise with our designer, developer and marketing team as needed for various launches
- Communicate complex web development topics in an easily digestible manner for people with varying levels of web knowledge
- Contribute to creating new processes that streamline our workload
- Advise on best practices as it relates to new web builds
- Navigate and liaise with clients looking to make one-off changes to their website
- Managing stakeholder expectations.
- Experienced working in Shopify and/or Wordpress or other web CMS platform
- An experienced project manager
- Experienced as an Ecommerce Manager or Web Consultant in some capacity
- Experienced working on multiple projects or multiple brands at the same time
- Understanding of design processes and tools, with a fluency that allows you to confidently conduct conversations about the value of various approaches
- Exceptional at verbal and written communication, with an ability to articulate a vision to cross-functional teams
- Ensure brand standards are met and exceed expectations
- The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that converts

**It would be absolutely rad if you have**:

- Experience in Figma or Sketch
- A good eye for visual aesthetics
- A deep understanding of user experience research and its integration into website and conversions
- Experience or knowledge of SEO from a technical standpoint
- Experience scaling businesses of various sizes
- Experience with project management
- Involvement in development or design communities through mentorship, meet-ups, blogging, etc

**Here’s how to apply**:
This is a remote position with flexible full time hours, 40 hours per week. You will work from home and will be responsible for your own remote office space. We do periodically have IRL work experiences and conferences. You will work from a laptop that we will provide for you.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
