Responsibilities:

- Maintain internal clinic’s information system
- Manage and retrieve health records information
- Communicate electronically and in person with staff experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced and offer immediate assistance
- Consistently refer to technical manuals for any system upgrades that need to be implemented as per the direction of the Clinic manager
- Ensure that technical problems of office staff users are resolved
- Provide one-on-one training to office users that are experiencing consistent difficulties with the software being used
- Provide network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
- Participate in the continuous training of any systems upgrade to adapt to change
- Maintain and manage a list of security classified records
- May perform related tasks assigned by the office manager

**Salary**: $28.85 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- IT support: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CompTIA A+ (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:

- Red Deer, AB T4N 6S4: Relocate before starting work (required)
