Provides administrative, sales, and operations support to the Commercial Accounts Manager and the Office Manager. Includes assisting with service schedules as well as effective resolution of customer service issues. Responsible for providing excellent customer service for both internal and external customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Acts as office liaison between company managers and commercial customers, sub-trades, government, vendors, and other partners.
- Responsible for billing.
- Responsible for organizing permits as necessary.
- Responsible for arranging equipment rentals (including applicable training for technicians if necessary), scaffolding,flaggers/traffic control, and ordering other supplies.
- Responsible for data entry for tracking job costing and tracking job progress.
- Promptly and courteously answers incoming phone calls from commercial clients.
- Provides timely and accurate information to customers, demonstrating knowledge of all company products and services.
- Obtains accurate customer information, order information, and billing information, enters data into CRM.
- Effectively coordinates schedules of customers and outside service personnel, including sub-trades and casual labour.
- As appropriate, and/or as directed, reschedules appointments when necessary.
- Keeps commercial customers informed of any appointment changes or delays.
- Communicates effectively with internal and external personnel and follows standard operating systems and procedures.
- Keeps management informed. Provides timely feedback to management regarding service challenges or customer concerns.
- Contact customers by phone to follow up on quotes written and other sales opportunities as requested.
- On a daily basis, accurately updates orders (estimates, work orders, and invoices) in CRM and maintains supporting paperwork.
- Assists commercial Accounts Manager in researching and vetting new vendors to obtain the best pricing and service possible.
- Searches bid websites for potential projects and provides measurements from plans to assist with quoting projects.
- Helps find and vet sub trades and temporary labour for projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC V5X 4S6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Office administration: 1 year (preferred)
