Reporting to the Regional Manager, Commercial Sales, the Commercial Project Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to Commercial Sales representatives in a wide variety of projects and tasks.

**The Commercial Project Coordinators responsibilities include**:

- Full understanding of the functions and capabilities of e-Pass & reports.
- Participating in planning and forecasting meeting for future projects. Keying invoicing and reconciliation of same
- Visiting work sites to conduct on-site assessments to assess the progress of project completion status
- Executing multiple project deliveries including but not limited to coordinating with sales representatives, purchasing, warehousing, delivery, and installation
- Maintain and update shared branch electronic files for project information (accounts, closing schedules) and appliance literature libraries.
- Initiate marketing material requirements (certificates, logos and product image library)
- Coordinate sales office requirements and arrange delivery and install of model suites
- Arrange pre-site inspections per policy
- Identify contract discrepancies during processing and to direct to the attention of management
- Demonstrating the ability to represent Coast in the utmost professional manner
- Performs other related duties as assigned

- Knowledge of and understanding of the various phases or timelines of construction projects
- Understanding and adherence to all Health & Safety rules of job sites.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to influence
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Fast and accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work and think independently and establish priorities without constant direct supervision
- Expert process facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently
- Ability to adhere
