**THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager, the Data Entry Coordinator is an important member of our Business Intelligence team, responsible for maintaining the integrity of our Item File through regular maintenance. This role supports multiple departments and achievement of company goals through being detailed and thorough.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible to maintain and update all product information within the Item File, including item descriptions, pack size, UPC, case dimensions.
- Updates and maintains purchase costs, including bringing resolution to cost discrepancies.
- Maintains the Item File by setting up, reactivating, or deactivating items within the Item File, using great attention to detail, ensuring all item parameters are established.
- Supports various distribution programs by accurately coding and tracking cost recovery initiatives, rebates, and flyer activity.
- Processes all zero cost items leaving the building, which includes sample requests and donations made by the Company.
- Effectively communicates Item File changes.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Exceptional keyboarding skills, with good accuracy and speed
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong mathematic aptitude
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Ability to work at a detailed level while maintaining regular day to day tasks
