Montroyal, Canada Cashmere Outfitters Inc. Full time

Manage our Shopify stores
- Keeping up with promotions, live styles, adding new styles, descriptions, Alt Text, SEO, adding from fashion APP
- Create banners, new content from existing images for social media + banners
- Post weekly or monthly newsletters
- Manage the French website, follow up with translator, assuring accuracy of content
- Manage our social media posting and working closely with Freelancers
- Organizing promotional launches in advance, grow online sales
- Working with an outsourced marketing team to implement suggested upgrades and enhancements to the website
- Analyze eCommerce data and provide actionable recommendations
- Working to eliminate bugs from the website to optimize the user experience
- Handle daily project coordination with internal and external teams and systems
- Maintain documentation for current and future third-party implementations
- Work with vendors and our internal IT department to establish ongoing system maintenance, testing, and security work streams including QA process for platform upgrades, bug fixes, and new web development;
- Control quality, test and ensure the effectiveness of all aspects of our website
- Collaborate with the customer service team to help resolve customer issues

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Computer Science or any relevant field

**Experience**:

- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience with system integrations
- Experience with Momentis an asset
- Experience with Shopify, 3PL warehouse

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong project management skills
- Resourceful, detail oriented, and organized
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with clear deliverables and timelines
- Creative skills
- Self-starter; able to propose solutions, improvements etc.
- Excellent interactive communication skills
- Ease with understanding systems and platforms
- Good time management skills
- Analytical thinking
- High Team Spirit.
