**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekends as needed

**What We’re Looking For **The Body Shop Manager will work closely with the Manager of Fixed Operations and General Manager. They must manage and lead their team of technicians, appraisers, and applicable administrative assistants to work in unison to provide an efficient, profitable, and reliable department for the dealership.
- The role requires knowledge of automotive repair techniques and systems as well as ICBC and private insurance company procedures. The person must also understand preparing, processing, and closing of repair orders. The Body Shop Manager will ensure that customer service will be the focus of their department in a safe work environment.

**Duties**
- Establish guidelines and maintain loading and control procedures to maximize customer satisfaction and meet completion times.
- Ensure that routine maintenance of the shop and equipment is properly carried out and that any defects are reported and rectified.
- Provide, measure, and review key performance information to the team.
- Supervise, schedule, train, monitor, coach, and discipline team.
- Perform reviews of individual staff regarding performance and suggest correction action.

**Requirements**:

- Previous managerial experience in the automotive industry.
- 5+ years automotive body shop experience.
- Experience in ImEX, CDK and Mitchell 1 is an asset.
- Ability to understand financial information, set and meet revenue objectives.
- Ability to work with and meet deadlines.
- Problem solving ability.
- Ability to work well with and motivate a team.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
