The Service Advisor is responsible for a variety of duties relating to the repair and maintenance of vehicles.

**Position Overview**:
As part of the front-line staff, this position is about building relationships. Service advisors are responsible for ensuring that all customers are provided with top-notch customer service, consultation, and explanation of required automotive services as well as sales and scheduling. Experience with Tire Sales is an asset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Service - ensure that all customers are greeted, welcomed to our shop, helped, and provided information when/if required. Handle all customer complaints and disputes in a professional manner.
- Pricing/Quotations - responsible for handling sales, providing competitive quotes on work, negotiating, writing up invoices. Experience on **Protractor** Automotive Management software systems is an asset.
- Scheduling - coordinate all scheduling of mechanical work and repairs.
- Communication - book next appointment, send quotes, reminders, and progress updates to clients.
- Invoicing - responsible for ensuring that all invoicing is accounted for, and appropriate monies have been collected/processed.
- Cash - handle all payment related transactions and ensure that till balances at the end of day.
- Front Area - responsible for visual presentation of the front showroom area, making sure that current product is displayed and necessary cleaning/dusting of items.
- ** General**:

- Full-time position
- Employees must wear company provided uniforms and ensure they maintain a clean, professional, and presentable appearance always while on the job.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety and PPE requirements.
- ** Skills/Qualifications Required**:

- Your tire-based knowledge and or automotive experience relating to job costing, sales, invoicing, scheduling is an asset.
- ** Protractor** Automotive Management software knowledge is an asset
- Able to take direction and complete tasks as assigned.
- Willingness to learn.
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities daily.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving items up to +50 lbs.
- Must be available to work full time, 5 days a week + overtime when required.
- ** Wage Package**:
Starting wage from $52,000-75,000. Offering a competitive compensation package including yearly, performance-based bonus package, Group Health & Dental Plan, Life insurance, Dependent Life insurance, Global Medical Assist.
