**Kelowna Kia** is looking for a **service coordinator/service advisor **to join our team

We are a family owned and operated dealership built on decades of experience in the industry. Our business includes 9 award winning dealerships across B.C. with Kelowna Kia being one of our most successful.

Previous experience in an automotive service department is strong attribute.

**Responsibilities**:

- Field, coordinate, and ‘sell/pitch’ all incoming service calls
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments that fit in with store objectives
- Review service history and manufacture recommended maintenance with customer for the goal of selling hours for the shop
- Sell maintenance/repairs at time of appointment booking
- Take over flow customers on the counter as a service advisor
- Follow up on customer experiences/concerns
- Help achieve/maintain manufacturer customer service requirements (CSI)
- Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner
- Create work orders with accurate information
- Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts to the customers
- Contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explain cost and time requirements in detail
- Explain completed work and all charges to customers
- Ensure that all warranty paperwork is properly documented and that all verifying criteria needed by the factory/distributor are processed correctly for warranty department.

Previous experience in the automotive industry is an asset but not a requirement of employment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
