**Position Summary**
Amba Health and Beauty Spa, located at the beautiful Touchstone Resort, is currently seeking a **Spa Concierge/Front Desk Receptionist/Spa Attendant** to join our dynamic team. This is a front-line position requiring a warm, welcoming presence, strong organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

**Weekend availability is required, particularly Saturdays.**

In this multi-faceted role, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, answering calls, booking appointments, managing client flow, and maintaining a clean and inviting spa environment. You’ll also provide detailed information about our spa and wellness services to ensure a memorable guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Direct clients to appropriate service areas and staff
- Answer and manage phone calls; respond to inquiries and route messages
- Schedule, confirm, and update appointments
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Assist with light cleaning and spa tidiness throughout the day
- Provide information on spa services, promotions, and pricing
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and phone etiquette skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
