- Plan, organize, and execute events from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for guests
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements
- Select and coordinate vendors, including caterers, decorators, and audiovisual technicians
- Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses stay within allocated limits
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, setup, and breakdown
- Coordinate event marketing and promotional activities to attract attendees
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests throughout the event
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events

- Previous experience in event management or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members
- Ability to negotiate contracts and manage budgets
- Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations is a plus
- Knowledge of marketing strategies to promote events and attract attendees
- Experience in guest services and ensuring a positive experience for all attendees
