**Who You Are**

As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be an essential part of K-Hart’s growth and brand presence. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is a junior to intermediate-level position that provides administrative support to the Sales department, with a focus on invoicing, sales program coordination, and marketing support. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, assisting with internal communication, and helping coordinate trade shows and digital content. This position works closely with the Sales team and collaborates with the Accounting department and the Parts and Service team to ensure invoicing accuracy, program execution, and consistent customer support across departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support & Administration**:

- Provide general administrative support to the Sales department
- Act as a primary liaison in the office in the absence of the Director of Sales & Marketing ensuring smooth communications and operations
- Assist in preparing customer quotations and invoices using company ERP system
- Assist in developing and coordinating various sales programs and initiatives (i.e. dealer onboarding, pricing programs, bonus programs, demo programs etc.). Work with purchased EDA USA customer data on target programming
- Include setting timelines, measurable objectives and tracking performance
- Assist in creating and distributing sales communication to internal teams, dealers, and customers

**Data & CRM Management**:

- Establishing a robust database of customer and dealer information including contact information, sales history, machine data and dealer staff roles etc.
- Regularly update CRM and internal databases with customer, dealer and sales opportunity data
- Build and manage organized contact lists for sales campaigns and program outreach

**Marketing Coordination**:

- Support trade show planning and logistics including scheduling, registration, and shipping promotional materials
- Support marketing and promotion events (i.e. field days, sales clinic, dealer appreciation)
- Help manage and organize marketing content across platforms
- Post and share social media content, follow relevant accounts, and respond to inquiries
- Assist with basic tracking of marketing activity and campaign follow-ups
- Collaborate with dealers to align marketing efforts with their sales strategy

**What Sets You Apart?**

You are an individual that has:

- 3-5 years of experience in a sales or marketing support role
- Experience in the agricultural, equipment, or manufacturing sector is a plus
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is helpful but can be trained
- Basic understanding of marketing communication tools
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to take initiative
- Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
