**Job Title**: Sales & Logistics Coordinator

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the logístical needs of key accounts across North America
- Collaborate with sales team members to meet customer needs and expectations
- Receive and execute product orders from both customers and sales team
- Prepare background information for the sales team for quoting purposes
- Coordinate delivery and freight with logistics suppliers and third-party warehouses
- Actively track movements of supply chain operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and warehouses
- Manage warehouse inventories based on needs of the region
- Ensure correct paperwork is prepared and sent to customs broker
- Receive, process and communicate any customer concerns that arise
- Negotiate freight rates
- Vacation coverage for logistics team
- Assist with logistics projects and department goals
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of post-secondary education preferred in either Business, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with US logistics, drayage and warehousing preferred
- Proficient in data analysis skills to interpret and support decision-making
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Experience with MS Office suite of software required
- Experience with MS Business Central an asset
