**Position Overview**

Are you someone who understands hospitality operations and has proven sales and marketing expertise? We are looking for someone to join our senior management team at a state-of-the-art surf, spa & F&B venue located in Bridal Falls, British Columbia. This fast-paced and dynamic environment requires a skilled professional who can seamlessly integrate sales & marketing strategies with operational efficiency to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue.

**Responsibilities**

Marketing & Sales:

- Execute marketing strategies to drive guest visits, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
- Lead corporate sales, group sales and party bookings
- Assist with branding, promotions, and digital marketing efforts, including social media, website content, and online advertising.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine and adjust marketing strategies.
- Organize and manage special events and partnerships to enhance the facility’s visibility and community engagement.
- Assist with the development of marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

Guest Experience & Engagement:

- Implement guest experience initiatives aimed at improving satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
- Develop strategies to enhance service touchpoints, from initial customer interaction to post-visit engagement.
- Work closely with guest services and operations teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality visitor experience.

Operational Support & Optimization:

- Collaborate with the General Manager to streamline operational workflows and improve efficiency.
- Assist in optimizing staffing strategies, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee performance metrics and key operational indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate interdepartmental communication to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and facility operations.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales & marketing, operations, or a related role, ideally within the hospitality, tourism, or recreation industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and promotional strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests and team members effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and guest feedback to make informed business decisions.
- Experience managing special events, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
