**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

We’re looking for a Content Creator to join our Marketing team at Temple Lifestyle, where we build better-for-you brands that inspire mindful living and memorable moments.

This is your opportunity to craft compelling photo, video, and written content that engages, educates, and excites our audiences across multiple platforms. If you're a self-starter with agency or freelance experience who thrives in a collaborative environment, this could be the role for you.

As the team Content Creator, your primary responsibilities include:

- Creating engaging photo and video content that embody our brand voice, bring to life our visual aesthetic, and resonate with our target audiences.
- Collaborating with the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager to plan content calendars and execute campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Shooting, editing, and producing short-form and long-form content that tells a story — whether it's a new product launch, behind-the-scenes look at our company, or community spotlights.
- Staying on top of content trends and emerging formats to keep our content fresh, bold, and innovative.
- Crafting clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for social media captions, video scripts, and other marketing touchpoints.
- Managing and organizing digital assets and contributing to a growing portfolio of creative content.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- A skilled photographer and videographer with a portfolio that showcases your ability to tell stories across formats and platforms.
- Experienced in content creation across multiple industries, with a strong preference for those familiar with consumer-packaged goods or wellness/lifestyle brands.
- Adept at navigating social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube — and using them not just as a user, but as a creator.
- Autonomous, resourceful, and highly creative — you take initiative and thrive in dynamic environments.
- Collaborative, communicative, and always up for refining a great idea into something extraordinary.

**WHAT YOU BRING**
- 1 to 3 years of content creation experience, ideally creating content for consumer-packaged goods brands within an agency or freelance capacity
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand tone.
- A drive to keep evolving your craft and pushing creative boundaries.
- Proficiency with tools like:

- Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Canva (for fast-paced design needs)
- CapCut or InShot (for mobile-first video editing)
- Meta Business Suite, Later, or other scheduling tools (a plus)
