We are looking for a creative and skilled **Content Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist** to elevate our online presence across multiple clinics. This role focuses on creating high-quality, engaging content, collaborating with the advertising team, and ensuring cohesive marketing strategies across all clinics. **Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation Across Clinics**:

- Visit multiple clinic locations to capture high-quality photos and videos showcasing teams, patient-friendly environments, and services (with patient consent).
- Create dynamic, engaging content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Develop a consistent content calendar for all clinic social media accounts to maintain a unified brand voice.
- Experiment with trends to produce viral content, growing engagement and follower counts.
- Edit and polish all content to reflect professional-quality visuals and storytelling.

**Social Media Management**:

- Post regularly across all platforms, ensuring engaging captions and call-to-actions.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and analytics to refine strategies.
- Respond to comments and messages when necessary to foster community engagement.

**Website Updates**:

- Update websites for all clinics with fresh content, promotions, and news.
- Ensure websites are aligned with branding and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to showcase key services and events online.

**Collaboration with Ads and Marketing Teams**:

- Work closely with the advertising team to align content with ongoing campaigns.
- Provide visual and creative assets to support ad strategies and ensure cohesive messaging.
- Share insights from content performance to inform ad strategies and vice versa.

**Strategy and Innovation**:

- Stay updated on social media and digital content trends to ensure cutting-edge strategies.
- Identify new content formats and platforms to expand the clinics’ reach.
- Develop creative ideas to drive patient engagement and brand loyalty across all clinics.

**What We’re Looking ForEssential Skills**:

- Advanced photography and videography skills, including shooting, editing, and lighting.
- Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.

**Marketing & Collaboration**:

- Experience working with multi-location businesses or campaigns.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., advertising, clinic managers).
- Basic website management skills (e.g., WordPress or similar platforms).

**Soft Skills**:

- Proactive, self-driven, and creative mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, especially when working across multiple clinics.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in content creation for social media or digital platforms.
- Experience working in healthcare or a service-based industry is a plus.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $21.00-$32.95 per hour
