InBalance Chiropractic is seeking a positive and experienced Clinic Manager to join our team.

We are in search of a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented leader who will be responsible for the operations of our practice, supporting our team, and growing our business.

This is an integral role in the operations of our clinic. With exceptional patient care in mind, the clinic manager will be the point of contact for patient concerns and well-being, any and all matters that need attention from the front-end staff as well as the rest of the InBalance team. They will also help to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic. Implementation of policies, procedures, and processes within the clinic setting and with all practitioners is another very important part of the role.
- Implement and monitor office policies by establishing standards and procedures
- Team supervision and performance management
- Manage practitioner relations
- Overseeing and maintaining office and clinical inventories
- Trouble-shooting clinic-related issues that arise
- Ability to address patient concerns and challenges with compassion and resilience
- Excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritise workflow in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent administrative and interpersonal skills, along with an understanding of employee relationships and conflict navigation
- Using Atlas Chiropractic Systems to revise schedules and handle technical issues
- Manage and creatively post to social media accounts
- Effectively strategize marketing projects and events

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
