**Position Summary**
We are currently seeking a **Sales Manager** to join our team. The Sales Manager functions as a key revenue generator for the community, partnering closely with the Community Executive Director, VP of Sales & Marketing, and the Sales & Marketing Director. This role is essential in maintaining and improving occupancy levels and community visibility through internal and external relationship development.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with leadership to execute sales strategies that maintain and increase occupancy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community contacts.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, providing detailed and relevant information.
- Facilitate the decision-making process for prospective residents and families through personalized support and community education.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events aimed at increasing visibility and referral opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing materials, including digital content and promotional items.
- Support move-in processes and ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
- Assist with marketing budget management and reporting.
- Ensure all community sales materials are accurate and align with Brightwater brand standards.
**Qualifications**
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- CPR and first aid certification (or ability to obtain).
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to develop relationships and network within the community.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage repetitive tasks with professionalism.
- Creative, innovative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for events and meetings.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during events.
