As a key member of our auto sales department, you'll play a crucial role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle. Leveraging our revolutionary software, you'll provide personalized assistance, guide customers through the purchasing process, and ensure an unparalleled buying experience from start to finish. **The Role**:
The Finance Manager / Desking Manager will be the point of contact for retail sales, training, CRM, Accountability, This manager when available will desk the deal for the salesperson to present to the buyer. Will introduce themselves when available to close the deal and move into a retail Finance Turnover.

**Job Duties**:

- Maintain persistent follow-up with non-contact sales pipelines
- Credit evaluation to client
- Source and select vehicles
- Structure payments and financing with credit approvals using our revolutionary AI-powered software
- Prepare sales orders for the Finance Director
- Learn to finance vehicles and achieve the highest gross profit per vehicle
- Read credit bureau reports and help customers understand their credit
- Work with subprime customers
- Assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery preparation
- Prepare all necessary paperwork within deadlines
- Gather customer feedback and online reviews
- Perform other duties as required
- 2+ years of experience with lending, mortgages, credit, and collections
- 2+ years Auto finance experience ( dealertrack, OMVIC, COMPLIANCE )
- Phone sales experience
- A work hard, play hard attitude
- Self-motivation and drive
- Basic understanding of financial concepts (credit reports, loans, risk, etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed expectations
- Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
