**The Opportunity**

Muskoka Cabinet Company is hiring a Full-time Site Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations for high-rise cabinet installation projects. This includes managing site crews, liaising with customer site supervisors, ensuring quality and timeliness of installation and service activities, and upholding Muskoka's standards on every job site.

**The Role**
- This is a vacant position
- $25- 30 (based on experience).
- Full health benefit program after successful completion of the 6 months probationary period.
- Paid sick days available after a 6-month probation period.
- Full Time in person work on site and at our design center.
- On-site training for this position.
- Start date - ASAP.

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Follow Highrise Install and Service Procedures and review shop drawings for potential conflicts.
- Inspect units before delivery to ensure installation readiness.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and internal teams on schedules, deliveries, and any discrepancies.
- Hire, manage, and monitor installation crews using tracking tools.
- Ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule.
- Report QC issues within 24 hours and manage deficiency lists to completion.
- Attend site meetings, maintain accurate records, and secure required purchase orders.
- Individuals with the following traits, skills and experiences should apply:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar managerial role.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual in English & French.
- Personal vehicle for trips to sites and the design center.
- English speaking, reading, and writing is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Understanding of site operations, safety, and industry standards.
- Analytical thinking and an ability to strategize and solve problems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to plan and oversee service and installation projects.
- Ability to manage tasks, deadlines, and resource allocation.
- Ability to Adjust to changing priorities and project needs.
