**SITE SUPERVISOR**

Residential/commercial construction company.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- 2+ years of experience as a supervisor monitoring the progress of projects and the work of labourers on a building site.
- General knowledge of rules, regulations, policies and building codes in Ontario.
- Experience using and monitoring the use of hand tools, power tools and machine tools commonly used at construction sites
- Ability to recommend measures which improve productivity, safety and outcome quality.
- Ability to maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing labour standards and proper procedures.
- Ability to deliver clear and effective directions.
- Ability to read and interpret plans/drawings, and purchase appropriate quantities of materials needed.
- Vehicle and valid driver's license required.

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating construction schedules while making sure the work performed at each site is completed safely and on time. They will provide regular progress and safety reports and be responsible for ordering materials needed to complete the assigned projects. They will accept deliveries and manage on-site client communications and requests. They must ensure the efficient and safe use of time, equipment and materials by all labourers.

Growth within company, benefits and bonuses will follow after 3 months of individual showing that they are reliable, trustworthy, able to handle the job and run this position smoothly.

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Work is year-round and full time with opportunity for overtime.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
