The Sales Coordinator role is accountable for providing comprehensive event details, encompassing banquets, receptions, consumer and trade fairs, meetings, and conferences. This include putting together thorough event orders, drawing up floor layouts, requesting services from vendors, responding to questions, and scheduling appointments. accountable for promptly informing the relevant departments of any changes to the agenda, guaranteed numbers, room configurations, audio-visual needs, etc. To guarantee the event is carried out correctly, the Sale Coordinator will work closely and cooperatively with the members of the delivery team.

**Requirements**:
Provide support to the business unit through detailing event orders and working with our event delivery teams by:

- Utilizing the software (Eventpro and social tables) to monitor multiple bookings; record inquiries; create floor plans, entering and updating client contact information; placing holds and recording cancellations.
- Acting as a liaison to clients and successfully managing the business relationship within own area of responsibility.
- Receiving signed license agreements, deposits, and Insurance documents by the required due dates.
- Ensuring event complaints and inquiries are handled efficiently.
- Attending regular departmental meetings.
- Multi-tasking effortlessly under tight deadlines while providing excellent customer service.
- Administering and coordinating the rental space.
- Collecting and record keeping of all documentation required for the event.
- Participating in post event analysis.
