Scott Springfield by Modine operates three production facilities within the Calgary area. To support its growth and expansion, Scott Springfield by Modine is looking to add a Project Manager to the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Manage the integration of customer requests into other organizational divisions.
- Communicate, lead and prioritize customer driven initiatives internally with the Production, Engineering, and QA teams.
- Prepare and issue quotations for products and changes considered.
- Coordinate and participate in customer meetings for scheduling, quality, etc.
- Work with customer on the scheduling of shipments and factory loading.
- Enter customer orders and manage system demand dates.
- Facilitate customer visits and field visits including customer-witnessed testing requirements.
- Provide support for warranty claims during and after the installation of units.
- Suggest areas of improvement and potential solutions with internal processes.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum of 3+ years in a project management or account management role.
- Technical engineering training (mechanical and/or electrical).
- Working knowledge of the mechanical/electrical HVAC processes.
- Outstanding organization and coordination abilities.
- Superior communication skills.
- PMP Certification will be considered an asset.
