**What You'll Be Doing**:
Picture this: you’re in a fast-paced Contact Centre, reaching out to clients, sharing the scoop on new and existing products and solutions. You’ll be the voice of _Reliance Home Comfort_, Canada's top-tier HVAC experts, talking everything from furnaces and air conditioners to water heaters and protection plans. Your mission? To get clients excited about protection plans through proactive outbound calls.

We’re on the hunt for bright, energetic Technical Sales Representative ready to dive into a fast-paced environment. If you’ve got a strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial spark, and the drive to take initiative, then guess what? You’re exactly who we’ve been looking for

**Training and Commitment**:

- 2-day mandatory training (provided upon joining)
- Requires a 1-year commitment
- **Immediate hiring - The role starts on September 15th, 2025**

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to existing clients, offering them additional products
- Engage in friendly, sales-driven conversations
- Build customer confidence in our top-notch services
- Work as a team to hit both group and individual targets

**Requirements**:

- A strong work ethic and passion for achieving outstanding results
- Proven ability to crush targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous call center

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Additional Pay**: Commission pay

**Schedule**:

- 8/9-hour shifts, Monday to Saturday (Saturday off based on client needs)
- Saturday availability is mandatory - If you're unable to work Saturday's due to any reason, you will be considered ineligible for the role _**(minimum 2-3 saturdays required)**_

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- 1 year of Call Centre Experience (required)

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
