**The Position**:
We have an immediate opening for a **Finance Manager - Contract. **If you are looking for an opportunity to join a thriving, dynamic organization with an entrepreneurial spirit and an action-oriented culture, this role is perfect for you.

**Note**:This is a one year contract position

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain financial models to support annual planning / budgeting process and monthly forecast process
- Manage P&L results versus plan and provide commentary, analysis and insights to help drive business decisions
- Co-ordinate and prepare monthly forecast update
- Manage inventory levels and customer order fill rates
- Identify areas of process improvement in partnership with all relevant stakeholder groups on an ongoing basis
- Proactively monitor P&L risks and opportunities, monitor business trends, and provide recommendations
- Build analytical tools and reporting to measure business results, key success metrics and efficiency
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis, as required

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Finance/Business
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Finance role
- Experience in CPG or retail industry an asset
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and decision making skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines effectively
- Ability to think and work independently within a team environment
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent MS Office skills particularly in MS Excel
- Knowledge of SAP
