When our clients have a question, we need an exceptional Client Service Representative to manage the relationship and provide excellent customer service ensuring that every interaction is a great experience, with efficient flawless service standards.

The most important characteristics for our CSR’s are attention to detail and communication, working in a fast-paced office supporting a number of sales agents you’ll be the go-to person in the office for questions from your colleagues.

**You’re great at**:

- Customer Service
- Handling high volumes of requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Assisting team members
- Working with different departments to ensure a quick and accurate flow of information

**You have**:

- ** Valid Agent certificat from AMF or Trainee with exams completed (MANDATORY)**
- 2 years of front-line Customer Service experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Team-first mentality
