- Le maintien et la mise à jour de la base de données SAP // Maintaining and updating the SAP database - Générer diverses affaires et opérationnels rapports // Generate various business and operational reports - Développer, maintenir et produire des rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels // Develop, maintain and produce daily, weekly and monthly reports - Escaalde les requêtes complexes ou difficiles à traiter à l'équipe de direction en cas de besoin // Escalates complex or difficult queries to the leadership team when required
- Compétences administratives solides avec une expérience démontrée sont requis // Strong administrative skills with demonstrated experience are a must
- Excellente connaissance de Microsoft Office // Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Connaissance et expérience de saisie de commandes // Knowledge and experience of order entry processes

**Études et expérience // Education and Experience**:

- Études postsecondaires et/ou une combinaison d'expérience pertinente // Post-secondary education and/or a combination of relevant experience and education.
- Un an d'expérience de travail dans un environnement de centre d’appel // One year experience working in a call centre environment
- Expérience de travail en logistique (atout) // Previous experience working in logistics environment (asset)
- La connaissance du logiciel SAP est un atout // Experience using SAP software is an asset.
- Une reconnaissance officielle pour le service clientèle de qualité supérieure est un atout //Formal recognition for superior customer service is an asset.

Part-time hours: 35 per week
