**KWE IS CURRENTLY HIRING FOR AN AIR EXPORT COORDINATOR**
KWE is currently looking for an Air EXPORT Coordinator who is focused on delivering a world class customer service experience to our valued customers. Great Coordinator, customer Service, and company support is a vital part of our business As a member of our team, you will be responsible for smooth transactions by using KWE’s vast worldwide network for a designated client base. REQUIREMENTS*
- 2+ years of coordinator experience in a related field required.
- Retain valid Transportation of Dangerous Goods Certification for Air (IATA).
- Self-starter with a proven track record of multi-tasking abilities.
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with fellow colleagues.
- Ability to interact professionally with our customers.

DETAILS OF THE JOB*
- Provide excellence in customer service and a first place of contact for client inquiries, concerns and complaints.
- Assist with the Air Export operation and sales, ensure accurate processing of paperwork to minimize errors.
- Complete accurate monthly reports as requested by management and customers.
- Coordinate shipments, provide information and alerts for air export customers and support the sales department in negotiating rates and quotes for services.
- Maintain accurate filing system(s), update/input details of shipments in system and ensure accuracy for billing.
- Assist the division/department manager in the effective maintenance of the companies ISO Policies. Participate in meetings and overall objectives for the terminal.
