**KWE IS CURRENTLY HIRING FOR AN AIR EXPORT SUPERVISOR**
KWE is currently looking for an Air EXPORT Supervisor who is focused on delivering a world class customer service experience to our valued customers. Great supervisor, customer Service, and company support is a vital part of our business As a member of our team, you will be responsible for smooth transactions by using KWE’s vast worldwide network for a designated client base. REQUIREMENTS*
- 2+ years of supervisory in a related field required.
- Retain valid Transportation of Dangerous Goods Certification for Air (IATA).
- Self-starter with a proven track record of multi-tasking abilities.
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with fellow colleagues.
- Ability to interact professionally with our customers.

DETAILS OF THE JOB*
- Provide excellence in customer service and a first place of contact for client inquiries, concerns and complaints.
- Lead the function of expediting shipments worldwide by air on behalf of existing and future accounts.
- Supervise, manage and direct the selection, training, development, and appraisal of department personnel.
- Coordinate/delegate duties to operation department - Air Export Division.
- Ensure business relationships and services levels are maintained (customers and vendors).
- Respond to overseas enquiries, and trouble shoot.
- Complete accurate monthly reports as requested by management and customers, and support the sales department in negotiating rates and quotes for services
- Ensure accurate filing system(s) are maintained, update/input details of shipments in system and ensure accuracy for billing.
- Act as ACR (Authorized Cargo Representative) and comply with security duties detailed in the KWE ACS (Air Cargo Security) Plan.
- Receive Training on AACS Plan and follow ACS general duties.
