**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting patients and scheduling appointments
- Operate multi-line phone systems
- Assist patients with estimates and pre-determinations
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, verifying insurance information, and updating records
- Prepare and organize appointments for dental procedures and billing purposes
- Support the clinical team with administrative tasks
- Coordinate with insurance providers and follow up on claims as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment

**Requirements**:
**Minimum 3 years experience within the dental industry and a positive outlook**

**Preferences**
- Proficiency with Recall Max/Max Assist and Dentrix
- Strong knowledge relevant to dental procedures will be considered an asset
- Office experience with administrative tasks, including managing multi-line phone systems and front desk duties
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $24.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
