Blend Bubble Tea is looking to hire a General Manager Our ideal General Manger will hold a background in food industry management and have a passion for bubble tea. You should be comfortable working both independently as well as a team leader for our store to ensure sales targets and productivity are kept satisfactory. Your job will focus on the daily operations of the store including but limited to scheduling, costing, floor management, inventory, customer satisfaction, product consistency, task delegation and effective communication with the store owner. Secondary education in business, hospitality management, or related fields are not required but are viewed as an asset.

**Applicants must have**
- Completed High School Diploma or GED
- Food Safe Level 1 (or willingness to have this complete prior to start date)
- Open availability (able to work a combination of weekdays and weekends)
- Great attitude and willingness to learn FOH and BOH to become a well-rounded manager
- Customer service experience
- Management experience
- Willingness to sign a 2-year term contract

**Position benefits**
- $18-23 per hour (wage dependant on experience)
