**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Studio Coordination**
- Clean, maintain, and organize the studio space.
- Ensure all equipment is functional, organized, and ready for use.
- Welcome guests, offer refreshments, manage start/stop functions for cameras, and take notes during shoots.

**Photography & Videography**
- Conduct client and property shoots, including interiors, exteriors, and branded content.
- Operate drones for aerial photography (training provided if necessary).
- Scan and create 3D tours for real estate properties.

**Content Editing**
- Edit video content using Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, and other programs.
- Edit images and design materials using Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.
- Create engaging visual content for real estate and business marketing.

**Client Interaction**
- Engage professionally and courteously with clients as needed.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability for all scheduled shoots.

**Equipment & Scheduling**
- Manage, maintain, and ensure the availability of photography and videography gear.
- Coordinate equipment logistics to ensure readiness for each project.

**Travel Requirements**
- Drive to various property locations for shoots.
- Maintain a clean driving abstract and a valid driver’s license.

**Work Environment & Schedule**
- Variable schedule, including some weekends.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.50-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
