As an T&E Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for processing payments in a timely and accurate manner for Breakthru Beverage Canada.

**Department**: Finance

**Reports To**: Director, Finance

**Responsibilities**:

- Process all vendor payables in a timely manner
- Process Supplier/Customer Invoices
- Ensure appropriate chargebacks for A&P Expenses
- Account Reconciliations for AP General Ledger accounts and Bank
- Generate monthly reporting as required.
- Prepare and perform check runs
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
- Prepare analysis of accounts
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Maintain vendor files
- Assist with month end closing
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent computer skills, including intermediate Excel and MS Office
- Experience working with SAP
- Good analytical and business planning skills
- Working knowledge of finance and accounting
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Demonstrate sound judgment and problem-solving skills
