**About the Role**

In this support role, you will be responsible for working with Consultants and Account Executives, to service client accounts with administrative and support functions. The position requires support in the day-to-day account management for a specific set of clients and entails a great deal of verbal, electronic, and other written communications. The coordinator will be developing relationships with clients and carrier contacts as well as working proactively to effectively and efficiently deliver services to clients.

**What You’ll Do**
- Coordinate client correspondence, communications, or packets related to enrollment
- Assist in researching information regarding benefits and vendor/carrier products and services.
- Enrollment fulfillment during renewal and new business onboarding process
- Create and maintain client files & data (Salesforce) in accordance with office procedures
- Assist in preparing insurance company proposal requests utilizing Microsoft Excel to display benefits and rates
- Direct contact with clients for enrollments administration
- Answering admin questions as well as ID card requests, claims or billing, and eligibility questions
- Review client documents as well as a summary of benefits and coverage for accuracy
- Gains exposure to clients and carrier contacts; attends meetings and calls.
- Assist the team in their preparation for client meetings by reviewing presentations for grammar, verification of rates, benefits, and ensuring formatting is appropriate.

**What You Bring**
- More than 2 years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of benefits administration, industry trends, carrier products, and services
- Ability to work independently and anticipate client and team needs
- Organized, strong attention to detail, and time management skills are all required
- Strong Microsoft Office experience (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral are a necessity
