Company description

Foodservice Disposal are our business – from Aprons to Wrapped Picks – and hundreds of products in between. We've been supplying distributors across Canada for over 32 years. Prompt, accurate filling of orders, and a policy of back order-free shipments are hallmarks of Futuri Service. Futuri plant and warehouse are located in Mississauga, Ontario, near Toronto's Pearson International Airport.

Duties/Functions:

To provide support to Payroll Department in the following areas:

-Verify incoming data for accuracy and ensure appropriate documentation attached.

-Input data into the database and set up new hires for payroll purposes

-Set up changes in the benefits in the system and update the insurance carriers systems

-Prepare and send out benefits packages, and assist with process enrollments

-Deposit departmental checks, and send out manual checks to employees

-Run designated reports in the system 

-Produce employee/salary information for audit purposes using data from the database and personnel files as required

-Sort and distribute incoming mail in the department

-Check and verify accuracy of all changes and updates entered each day

-Act as back-up to Payroll Administrator and Benefits Coordinator

Qualifications/Compétences requises:

-College diploma or University degree in a related program

-One to two years of general administrative experience

-Advanced skill level in MS Excel and Word

-Accounting, HRIS and/or Payroll software experience an asset

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy

-Good written and verbal communication skills

-Demonstrated ability to work within a team

-Customer service orientation
