**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking activities, and collaborate closely with suppliers and the logistics team.
- **Supply Chain Coordination**: Assist in maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and timelines.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records, generate regular reports on key operational metrics, and provide insights to the management team.
- **Project Support**: Support cross-functional projects by coordinating timelines, resources, and documentation.
- **Compliance**: Ensure operational activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart) is a plus.
