**Job Description**:
As the eCommerce Merchandising Manager, you will contribute to Laura’s success by supporting the objective of providing a personalized shopping experience tailored to each customer’s need. You will be responsible for briefing all eCommerce content and ensuring the proper operations of the eCommerce merchandising by analyses and monitor overall performance of sales, traffic and conversion.

**How will you support the team?**
- Manage a team of Web merchandisers and Front-End Integrators.
- Enhance the online store performance through site analysis and metric reviews.
- Review analyses with other members of management to plan future online activities.
- Produce and analyze KPIs to increase results.
- Provide recommendations to enhance categories and improve the search capabilities online.
- Develop online merchandising strategies to increase the add-to-cart KPIs and generate sales.
- Continuously improve the online experience by ensuring the key tools on the sites are effective and are maximizing the sales conversion process with respect to navigation, filters, and search.
- Effectively collaborate with a team of skilled Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Web Merchandisers and Front-End Integrators.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends or improvement in website merchandising choices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, eCommerce, mathematics or any related field
- More than 5 years of experience in an eCommerce analytical position
- 3 years of experience in a management role
- In-depth knowledge of online merchandising
- Proficient with MS Office suite and expert with Google Analytics
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal customers, colleagues and 3rd party suppliers
- Demonstrates excellent prioritizing and organizational skills
- Bilingual (French and English) written and speaking
