**What you’ll do**

If you're passionate about e-commerce, content creation and marketing, this role is for you We're looking for a dynamic team player, good communicator, autonomous with an excellent ability to manage priorities.
- Develop the annual online marketing strategic plan in line with the company's overall mission to optimize online sales.
- Monitor and oversee all aspects of the company's online business on a daily basis.
- Develop Web content creation strategies in collaboration with the marketing department.
- Analyze on a weekly basis key performance indicators for traffic, conversion, revenue and act if tactics are required for optimization.
- Ensure marketing initiatives are properly marketed and executed.
- Develop growth and conversion tactics.
- Ensure proper supervision of the various teams.
- Supervise the production of various eCommerce shoots.
- Remain attentive to problems reported by customers and the internal network and resolve them with the help of the various parties involved.

**What you bring**
- B.A.A. in business administration (or other related field)
- Excellent knowledge of the retail industry
- Mastery of Hotjar, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, CMS, PIM
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Experience in annual planning and budget management
- Ability to illustrate and ensure proper follow-up of implemented processes
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Demonstrate autonomy and leadership
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Cartesian, orderly and structured
- Enjoy teamwork and team management
- Positive work attitude
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and work on several files at the same time
- Use a pedagogical approach in explanations
