**Overview**

**Experience**
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse distribution is preferred.
- Familiarity with order picking processes and equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic math skills for inventory tracking and order accuracy.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

**Daily Responsibilities**

1. Receive incoming shipments and check products for defects and accuracy.

2. Check each item physically and in the Odoo Database, ensuring that part numbers and descriptions match.

3. Pull, pack and ship goods in a timely and accurate manner.

4. Process and ship customers’ orders by ensuring the right quantity and type of products are shipped at the right time.

5. Prepare and past the correct labels on shipments so that products are delivered to the right place.

6. Ensure that all transactions are recorded in Odoo as they are processed.

7. Provide customer tracking information to Inside Sales team, as requested, so that they can forward onto the customer.

8. Cutting packing to spec (will be trained on the job for this part of the role)

**Weekly Responsibilities**

1. Ensure that the warehouse is cleaned and maintained by following the cleaning checklist (e.g. sweeping floors, dusting products, wiping down forklift, cleaning counters)

2. Recycle cardboard by taking all cardboard to the cardboard bin.

3. Organize and maintain inventory by accommodating incoming stock shipments.

4. Assist Accounting and Inside Sales departments with various tasks, as requested and as time allows.

**Quarterly Responsibilities**

1. Order warehouse supplies as needed to ensure supplies are available when required (e.g. packing tape, boxes, packing material, packing knives, markers, etc.).

2. Maintain inventory of courier waybills/stickers and place orders accordingly.

**Annual Responsibilities**

1. Participate in general and year-end inventory procedures including counting all inventory and helping to determine cause of any inaccuracies.

2. Obtain updated NAFTAs from Vendors for the new calendar year.
