**Résumé du poste**:
Relevant du coordonnateur AP & AR, le technicien(ne) comptable est responsable de la comptabilisation quotidienne des ventes au détail, des rapprochements bancaires quotidiens et de la préparation des factures des comptes fournisseurs non commerciaux et préparation de la facturation diverse. Le technicien en comptabilité est également responsable du rapprochement et de l’analyse de divers comptes de bilan et de frais généraux sur une base mensuelle, ainsi que de la mise à jour des taux de change dans le système et la création et suivi des projets d’investissement dans le système financier Navision.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- La comptabilisation quotidienne des ventes au détail dans le grand livre, y compris la préparation des rapprochements bancaires.
- Préparation et suivi des factures non commerciales et des comptes de dépenses avec les services financiers partagés en Irlande.
- Préparation de la facturation diverse pour les services financiers partagés. Suivi de l’avancement de la facturation et conciliation mensuelle.
- Rapprochement comptable des comptes bancaires, Comptes Payables, Comptes Recevable et devises étrangères.
- Rapprocher et analyser mensuellement les principaux comptes de frais généraux, y compris le fret, les services publics, loyers, les honoraires professionnels et autres coûts administratifs.
- Créer et suivre des projets d’investissement dans Navision.
- Mise à jour quotidienne des taux de change dans Navision.
- Toutes autres tâches requises par le coordinateur AP & AR ou le contrôleur.

**Qualifications requises**:

- DEC ou Baccalauréat en Commerce, en Comptabilité ou Finance.
- Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d’expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire dans les comptes payables et/ ou les comptes recevables et /ou la comptabilité.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles, analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.
- Axé sur le client tout en suivant les procédures de l’entreprise.
- Attention aux détails, rigueur et précision.
- Esprit d’équipe mais aussi capable de travailler de manière autonome.
- Connaissance avancée de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel).
- La connaissance de Navision (un atout).
- Bilingue (écrit et parlé) en anglais et français.
