We are looking for an accounting technician to join our team. The responsibilities of this position, reporting to the Controller, cover accounts payable and costing. The position also includes various administrative duties and tasks (filing, various analyses, and account reviews to assist the controller, etc.)

Comptes-fournisseurs
- Posting of invoices received from suppliers after validating that quantities received and prices are in accordance with purchase orders.
- Reconcile the balance on the supplier's statement of account with that in our ledger.
- Daily accounting of goods received in inventory
- Document and prepare payments to suppliers; occasionally discuss with a supplier any discrepancies between our purchase order and the invoice.
- Receive calls from suppliers and resolve problems.

Cost pricing
- Participate, with the shop manager and the controller, in the design and implementation of a cost pricing system for the customized products the company manufactures.
- Maintain the cost price of each project manufactured for our customers
- Produce a monthly summary of costs for projects manufactured during the month.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in a similar position and/or accounting degree;
- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;
- Excel and SAGE software skills;
- Good learning skills, attention to detail and rigor, initiative
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of cost accounting

**Description du poste**

Comptes-fournisseurs
- Comptabilisation des factures reçues des fournisseurs après avoir validé que les quantités reçues et les prix sont conformes aux bon d’achat
- Concilier le solde au relevé de compte du fournisseur avec celui de notre registre
- Comptabilisation quotidienne des réceptions de marchandises à l’inventaire
- Documenter et préparer les paiements aux fournisseurs; à l’occasion, discuter avec un fournisseur lors de non-conformité entre notre bon d’achat et la facture.
- Recevoir les appels des fournisseurs et solutionner les problèmes
- Appliquer les paiements de factures effectués par carte de crédit

Prix de revient
- Participer, avec la responsable de l’atelier de fabrication et du contrôleur, à la conception et la mise en œuvre d’un système de prix de revient des produits personnalisés que l’entreprise fabrique
- Maintenir le prix de revient de chaque projet fabriqué pour nos clients
- Faire une synthèse mensuelle des coûts des projets fabriqués durant le mois.

**Qualifications**
- Expérience dans un poste similaire et/ou diplôme d’études en comptabilité;
- Sens de l’organisation et gestion des priorités;
- Habiletés avec le logiciel Excel et SAGE;
- Bonne capacité d’apprentissage, souci du détail et rigueur, initiative
- Habiletés à bien communiquer
- Une connaissance de la comptabilité en prix de revient
- Bilingue à l’oral et à l’écrit

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$34.00 per hour
