Part-time Wedding and Events Coordinator

Please note this is a part time position.

**Responsibilities**:
**contact vendors and nurture vendor relationships**

**attend planning meetings, rehearsals, weddings and events (sometimes working 10+ hours) (working evenings and weekends)**

**able to lift up to 30 lbs**

**Skills**:Your passion is weddings and events You are a true people person and professional. Able to manage stress and make critical decisions under pressure. You are highly organized and self motivated. You are detail oriented and a problem solver. You are looking to gain experience in the wedding or event industry on a part time basis.

Experience and Requirements:
**Access to a vehicle and able to travel thoughout the GTA And beyond**

**wedding and/or event certificate/ WPIC in progress or complete**

**experience facilitating events, setting up decor, creating timelines, executing tasks**

**customer service experience**

**can do attitude and willingness to learn**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Tips
