**Job Overview**
As a Wedding Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for couples on their special day. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of wedding planning, from initial consultations to the final execution of the event. Your expertise in organization, communication, and customer service will ensure that each wedding reflects the unique vision of the couple while staying within budget and timeline constraints.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as the main liaison between the couple and vendors in the final weeks before the wedding.
- Build and manage the event day timeline and floor plan.
- Attend final walkthroughs (virtual or in-person) and vendor meetings as needed.
- Lead wedding day setup, ceremony & reception coordination, vendor check-ins, and teardown support.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to assistant coordinators as needed.
- Ensure the couple, families, and vendors are supported throughout the day.
- Problem-solve quickly and calmly if any issues arise.
- Represent The Vow Company professionally at all times.
- Coordinate logistics including timelines, seating arrangements, and vendor schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and on the wedding day.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or changes.
- Oversee event setup and breakdown to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of the wedding.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills to build rapport with clients and vendors alike.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Experience in guest services to ensure a positive experience for all attendees.
- Background in wedding or hospitality management is a must for understanding event dynamics.
- Clear communication skills for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Exceptional organizational skills to keep track of numerous details involved in wedding planning.
- Prior experience coordinating or managing weddings (1-2 years minimum preferred)
- Ability to remain calm and upbeat under pressure

**Nice to Have**:

- Familiarity with Canva, Google Drive, and wedding planning tools.
- Bilingual or multilingual ability is an asset.
- Knowledge of different traditional and fusion wedding customs

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends only
