An Office Assistant will play a important role in providing support to General Manager. This position involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the college.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver support to Management to smooth running of college operations.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Prepare and format various correspondence and documents.
- Answer incoming phone calls, schedule meetings, and assist visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office area.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Senior Management Team.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- A graduate from an accredited University or College.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a related occupation.
- Familiarity with integrated telephone systems.
- Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L5R 0H2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-11-15
