Winnipeg will soon be home to Princess Auto’s largest store yet, offering more tools, equipment and gear in one place.

Construction is underway on the 105,000-square-foot store, which will feature new and expanded categories and a hands-on workshop.

**So what’s this role all about?**

As an Assistant Store Leader of Nights at Princess Auto you will help create a fun, safe and unique shopping experience for our customers. We call it Royal Service. You will typically spend your day working with the department Leaders to accomplish established store plans and regular audits for your sections. You will open and close the store as required and participate in recruiting, hiring and onboarding of new Team Members.

As part of the leadership team, you will direct, support, mentor and train Team Members and department Leaders to help them be successful and grow their careers with Princess Auto.

**Your hours of work will generally be 9:30 pm to 6:00 am.**

- Have two years’ leadership skills and previous experience in retail or another service industry
