Volcom is hiring an Assistant Manager. This is the perfect position for someone with a passion for retail, driven by sales and is looking for advancement opportunities.

**WHAT YOU HAVE**:

- Supervisory or team leading experience
- Proven record of driving and generating sales
- Passion for brands and selection of items carried in-store
- Experience in training and coaching a team to achieve sales and operational success
- Strong store operational experience
- Knowledge of loss prevention control methods
- Fun and positive spirit and personality
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift boxes and use ladders
