**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Technician to join our dynamic IT support team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, software, and networking issues. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving user issues while ensuring the smooth operation of IT services across the organization. **Duties**
- Provide technical support to end-users via remote access, phone, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues on various operating systems including Windows, macOS, and occasionally Linux.
- Assist with VPN setup and configuration for remote users.
- Perform desktop support tasks including installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and peripherals.
- Support computer networking tasks including LAN setup and firewall management.
- Maintain documentation of IT processes, procedures, and user guides.
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex issues requiring advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with users to understand their needs.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in operating systems: Windows, macOS and some Linux.
- Experience with VPN configurations and network troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of computer networking concepts including LAN setup and firewall management.
- Knowledge of desktop support practices and computer hardware components.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Ability to provide effective technical support in a fast-paced environment.
