Our dedicated physiotherapists focus on hands-on treatment to support our patients in achieving optimal health.

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Think Physiotherapy. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic.

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Assist with billing processes and insurance claims.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Support administrative tasks as needed to contribute to the efficient functioning of the clinic.

**Requirements**:

- Should have a Car to commute
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and QuickBooks is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and front desk operations.
- Experience in a dental office setting is advantageous.
