**Keyholder**

**Position Summary**:
**A Keyholder is required to take an active role in maximizing sales and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Takes a lead role in providing guidance, training and coaching on company initiatives, sales programs and product knowledge to maximize sales and earnings.**

**Day to day**:

- **Partners with management to achieve sales goals and targets.**
- **Leads, promotes and coaches selling and cultivates an inspired selling culture with associates.**
- **Maximizes sales opportunities by leveraging the sales capabilities of associates by using current selling techniques.**
- **Accountable for the prevention and resolution of customer issues by ensuring a high level of customer service is provided by associates.**
- **Models, promotes and partners with management to hold others accountable for customer service excellence.**
- **Responsible for executing, communicating and ensuring understanding of promotions and incentive programs.**
- **Upholds Plenty’s image through maintained regulated policies**

- **Equipped with retail know-how and exceptional problem solving skills.**

**Qualifications**:

- **1 year management experience in a retail-oriented environment.**

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
