Our Purpose: "We champion and empower workers who make our world work better" What you will do as a **Key Holder**: How you will make a difference: - Provide outstanding customer service from initial greeting to the final sale. - Assess customer needs and provide expert advice about available products. - Prioritize sales and customer service ahead of all operational activities. - Demonstrate features and benefits of any product which may complement the sale. - As part of the store team, maximize store sales by consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience. - Close sales positively to build customer relationships. - Responsible for the store’s opening and closing procedures. - Continually increase knowledge of products, services, promotions, events and store layout. - Assist with store merchandising, returns, and ensure the store is safe, clean and well organized. - Understand and follow all pertinent store operations policies and practices including customer service, loss prevention, and problem resolution. - The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing.
